Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.
Are any items non–returnable?
Most of our items can be returned and exchanged, including Sale and Clearance merchandise.
Please note that items cannot be returned after 5 to 10 days. Your return merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the store tags still attached.

I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
Generally speaking, if you order in the morning, afternoon or evening, we can ship your package the next day. We ask clients locally to allow package and delivery to be done within a 24 hr period under normal circumstances. There will be exceptions from time to time, but we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
If your order is being billed and shipped to different addresses, we’ll need 1-2 business days for processing before the order can be shipped. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery time frame.
We do not ship or deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders, including Friday afternoon and evening, will be processed on Monday.
We make sure that all the items displayed are true to sizes and images colors are as close to reality. Our Search tool lets you search by size, color to enable you find what you are looking for faster.
Are there more sizes available than what’s shown on the website?
Sorry, but the sizes you see on the website are all that we have available. Our customer service representatives do not have access to anything different than what you see online.
